Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products using courier companies for Australian businesses and Australia Post for PO boxes. In most cases, we will use road transport to deliver goods that can take up to 7 days depending on location. Products delivered to New Zealand or the Pacific Islands will be with Fedex for actual address or Australian Post for PO boxes. We use a flat rate for shipping for all Australian orders under AU$ 250. A flat rate is also applied to New Zealand and the Pacific Island orders less than AU$400. For all orders over these respective amounts, shipping will be free to Metro cities (*excludes dangerous or bulky goods and remote locations.  For these items you will be contacted for a potential shipping surcharge).
Orders are dispatched within 5 days once the item(s) is received into stock. Many products listed are specialty items and long delivery times can sometimes occur. If the product is required urgently, please request a quote with expected delivery time prior to placing an order.

Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

Security Policy:
When purchasing from Emgrid Australia, card details are transmitted through a secure application programming interface. Card data is not hosted by Emgrid Australia after processing.
